featured wedding

The beautiful Bec and Veeran had a fusion Indian-Australian wedding at a winery in Red Hill, Victoria. Parts of the ceremony were traditional Indian Hindu wedding rites combined with the western exchange of custom vows.

I opted for strong, bold and bright Indian festival colours for the bride and bridesmaid. We ribboned the bouquets using left over fabric from the bridesmaid's sari, and extra fabric for the bride from her gorgeous Lisa Ho wedding gown.
And we found Japanese maple leaves to edge the bride's bouquet!
The bridesmaid's bouquet was brighter and pinker than the bride's rich palette.
Mr Lincoln roses, dark pink peony's, hot pink water lilies, purple calla's, pink peppercorn, spray roses...aaahhh, the list goes on! This has to be one of my favourite bouquets of all time. Delicious.
